DELIVERY TIME
We aim to dispatch ready-made products on the next business day. The delivery time is then 2-7 business days. (Domestic deliveries). Please note! If stock quantities are low, jewellery is also made to order. The delivery time is then 1-3 weeks from the payment if the product is not available in stock.

DELIVERY METODS
For online shop orders, we use Posti or Matkahuolto for shipping. (Domestic delivery)

Pick-up for the workshop by appointment 0 €
Free delivery within FInland for purchases over 150 €
Postage and handling costs 10 €
Home delivery 25 €

EU countries
Postage and handling costs 20 €

England
Due to customs regulations, we only ship orders over 160 €.

Other countries
According to agreement, please contact info@tarutonder.com before place an order.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit and debit card payments. (commonly used cards; VISA, master card etc.) Also you can pay with apple pay or google pay. There is an alternative for bank transfer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product with in 14 days of receiving it. Custom -made unique ordered products according to customer specifications cannot be exchanged or returned. The product must be returned unused and itits original condition. Customer is responsible for the return and any associated costs.

COMPLAINTS
If you notice an error in the product, you must notify us in writing immediately.

WARRANTY
Consumer protection law, which protects your rights as a customer, applies when ordering our products. Please note that our products are handmade and may have individual differences, such as colour variations etc. If you have any questions about our products, please contact design@tarutonder.com.
